We are delighted to announce that Prime Minister Imran Khan has launched the PM Internship Program 2024. This program offers monthly stipends to unemployed college graduates in Pakistan in exchange for training in the public and commercial sectors. Currently, the government is providing internships to 150,000 Pakistani citizens. Interns will receive a monthly compensation of Rs. 30,000 during their time at the company.
These internships will last for one year and will be available in various industries, including renowned companies like Pepsi Co. The PM Internship Program offers employment opportunities in fields such as law, engineering, food technology, public administration, marketing, finance, and business. Interns will have the opportunity to work with government and non-government organizations across the country. Additionally, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Usman Buzdar, has already established a paid internship program specifically for recent college graduates in the media industry.

How to Apply For PM Internship Program 2024
- Substitute students receive a monthly stipend of Rs.10,000 under the Prime Minister’s Youth Education Program administered by the Inter-Provincial Coordination Ministry. These students are assigned to work for a year in various government services, departments, provincial departments, industries, banks, corporations, and other public and private entities.
- Anyone above 16 who wants to participate in this program must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least the minimum age requirement (usually 18 or younger) or be younger than 25.
- As part of the Prime Minister of Pakistan’s initiative to train young people, the Pakistan government has opened entry-level positions to fresh candidates.
- Youth from Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) have an equal chance to participate in the PM Youth Training Program.
Number of Interns in each year:
The Prime Minister’s Youth Training Scheme will compel 15,000 eligible young people to engage as interns. Each public and commercial sector figure is accountable for its intern utilization practices.
Internship Allocation:
- The PM youth training plan allocates trainees throughout the three years per the NFC funding and the FPSC’s arrangement for joint/local activities.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Internship Program
- A degree equivalent to 16 years of study as approved by the HEC.
- A three-year diploma program following the Matriculation or First Science Certificate.
- Madrasah grads are eligible to apply as well.
- To be considered, interns must have earned at least a 50% or 2.5 CGPA in their final degree or diploma grade.
- As of November 5, 2024, the minimum age to apply is 25 years old, while the maximum period to use in AJK, GB, FATA, Southern Punjab (Multan Division, Dera Ghazi Khan Division, Bahawalpur Division), and Balochistan is 30 years old.

- Token of the SS (NBP will provide it, and signature must be same as on CNIC ).

- You’ll have access to an ATM card and checkbook when you’re done.
